Our CEO
Shounak Deshmukh
Shounak has over 25 years of HR experience, having worked with major industry leaders like Tata, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, and JPMorgan. He began his career with the Tata’s, grounding in corporate values. At Johnson & Johnson, he mastered managing grassroots workers, while American Express introduced him to the complexities of HR in Financial Services across multiple locations. He held various HR Leadership roles for over half a decade at JPMorgan Chase, contributing to their Shared Services setup. For the past 14 years, he has successfully led his own HR Consulting Firm. Shounak’s strengths include thought leadership, strong industry knowledge, and a sharp analytical mind that supports business decisions. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Studies.

Sandra John
Sandra John brings over 30 years of HR experience, including more than 20 years in Talent Acquisition. A certified Talent Acquisition Specialist, she is recognized for her expertise in recruitment and strategic HR, emphasizing a “People First” culture. Sandra holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Professional Certificate in HR Management and Analytics from IIM Kozhikode. Her international recruitment success spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Israel, with notable experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in Oil & Gas, Civil Construction, Steel, Real Estate, and Engineering. She has led recruitment initiatives for multinational corporations, consistently delivering top talent aligned with business objectives. Prior to Talent Networks, Sandra held key HR roles at the Godrej Group and General Mills, across various sectors such as FMCG, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Electrical/Electronics, Printing/Packaging, and BFSI. Beyond talent acquisition, she has shaped HR strategies and managed organizational development initiatives. Her strategic mindset is instrumental in enhancing Talent Networks’ HR capabilities and fostering a culture that values and retains top talent globally.
Asha Bhikale
Asha Bhikale comes with two decades of rich experience in the HR consulting domain post her Masters in Literature (2001) and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from K.C. College of Management Studies (2002). She has been associated with Talent Networks since Feb 2016 as a Vice President – Talent Acquisition heading the IT hiring vertical for Financial Services Industry. She is a self-driven and confident HR professional who has excelled in IT recruitment with wide experience hiring across the levels. She has extensively travelled across India while supporting Banking captives in setting up & ramping up their IT COE/GSC. She is known for her infectious leadership and decision-making skills, strategy designing and execution, proactive approach in identifying and addressing client’s needs, crafting sourcing strategies, etc. All these skills have helped to build a strong delivery capability by giving excellent candidate experience while meeting the business goals. She aims to build a strong employer brand for Talent Networks! She was featured in HerRising2022 Top 10 Women Winners in HR/D&I award category by JobsForHer.
Poonam Desai
Poonam Desai comes with 12 plus years of experience in banking and financial services operations and finance hiring. She joined Talent Networks post her graduation and grown within the organization. She has strong stakeholder management expertise She and has a thorough understanding of core banking, finance, analytics and consulting space. Understanding the client’s manpower requirements & implementing suitable sourcing strategies from different job boards, referral generation, networking, industry mapping, and headhunting to develop a qualified pool of candidates are her strengths. With these headhunting skills she has successfully closed many Leadership and Senior Executive Mandates. Apart from being a thorough Talent Acquisition professional, she is active consumerist and a big epicure.
Zainab Fakhri
Zainab Fakhri a seasoned Human Resources professional having a Master degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Her core area of expertise is in Talent Acquisition specifically related to the Non-IT segment. Her exposure of working in a corporate environment and also in the consulting world makes her uniquely placed to service her clients. Her consulting expertise comprises of hiring for manufacturing, specialty chemical, packaging, automotive and construction sectors. Zainab heads the Non-IT vertical which includes Manufacturing, Insurance, NGO and other Service industries. Her core strength is her interpersonal communication and stakeholder management. Priya Dulam with over 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, excels in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle, fostering strong client relationships. She leads her team to achieve clients’ hiring goals, specializing in IT Products, BFSI and the GCC sectors. Priya possesses a strong proficiency in talent mapping, candidate engagement, and leadership hiring.
